Laser Cutter Fire Incident Log
From Oxford Hackspace
We need to keep track of fire-related incidents to ensure the continued safe operation of the laser cutter, and to make sure risk is reduced as far as possible.
If you are using the laser cutter and notice sustained flames on the workpiece you are cutting, for more than a few seconds after the laser has passed, this is an incident that needs to be logged.
